After 20+ years in the computer business. I have a lot of experience dealing with companies. Hardware manufactures, venders, etc.

I am about to start writing about some of these.

This will be only my opinion of these companies. Not a for-comment blog. It is to hopefully spare others the headache I have had in dealing with them.

Until I get more time and actually create a page with all the details. I’m going to post a few quick notes here. They will be followed soon by their full story of my experience with them.

http://www.acer.com - They are guilty of false advertising about their products.

http://www.highpoint-tech.com - So far I’m still waiting for them to contact me about a problem I am having with one of their products. As of 1/21/10 it’s been 2 full business days and they have not responded.
